Every day, hospitals discharge patients with nowhere safe to go. Without support, they end up back in emergency rooms, back on the streets, or in worse condition than before. This is the gap we were built to fill.
WHO WE ARE
We are a community-based non-medical recuperative care housing provider. Not a hospital. Not a shelter. A safe, structured, compassionate home where residents are welcomed with dignity and supported through recovery. Founded by Isaac and Balu Madison on faith, compassion, and a calling to serve.
THE NO PATIENT LEFT BEHIND INITIATIVE
Our commitment that no person will be discharged into homelessness or unsafe conditions when we can provide something better. Stabilization before independence. Compassion before judgment. Prevention before crisis.
